1. We Are Guided By Our Pastors
The Pastoral Team at Victory Faith is led by Lead Pastors Scott and Beth Cecil and is dedicated to serving our church family with humility, integrity, and a heart for Jesus.
Together, our pastoral team provides spiritual leadership, shepherds the congregation, equips believers for ministry, and helps guide the day-to-day life and mission of Victory Faith. Everything we do is centered on our mission to Invite people into the love of Jesus, Invest in authentic relationships, Disciple believers through God's Word and the Holy Spirit, and Multiply by helping others follow Christ.
We believe leadership is more than a position—it's a calling to serve. Our desire is to lead by example, care for people well, teach God's Word faithfully, and create an environment where every person can encounter Jesus and discover His purpose for their life.
We also believe that those who faithfully invest their time, talents, and resources into Victory Faith deserve leadership that is transparent, trustworthy, and committed to honoring God in every decision.
Together, we are not just building a church—we are building a movement of people who know Jesus, love one another, and impact our community for His Kingdom.

2. We Are Protected By Our Council
The Victory Faith Church Council serves alongside our Lead Pastors as a trusted team of servant leaders, providing wisdom, accountability, and guidance in matters related to the stewardship, financial health, facilities, and long-term ministry of our church.
In accordance with the Foursquare Church bylaws and governance, the council works collaboratively with the pastors to prayerfully evaluate decisions that impact the mission and future of Victory Faith. Together, we seek God's direction while ensuring faithful stewardship of the resources He has entrusted to our church.
Our council is committed to supporting the vision of Victory Faith by helping create an environment where people can be invited into the love of Jesus, grow as disciples, and experience life-changing community. Through prayer, integrity, unity, and wise stewardship, they help position our church to fulfill its mission for generations to come.
Together, our pastors and council are committed to honoring Christ, serving our church family, and advancing God's Kingdom with excellence and integrity.
